Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.


If in the event your beers are faulty, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will happily refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. Please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue.


Wooden Axe Brewing Co is not liable to offer change of mind refunds for beer, merchandise, or glassware.



Wooden Axe Brewing Co is not liable for any online orders that go missing or that are damaged during transit. Wooden Axe Brewing Co cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges for these situations. If you believe your order has been damaged or is missing during transit, please contact us straight away with your order number and further details about the issue and we will investigate this for you. While Wooden Axe Brewing Co is not liable for transit damage or items going missing in transit, our team will do everything they can to assist.



Wooden Axe Brewing Co is not responsible for any issues where incorrect delivery information that is provided by the customer. If you wish to change any delivery details or cancel your order please contact our team as soon as possible. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request, however, no guarantee of changes can be given once an order has been placed by the customer.



Refunds and exchanges of merchandise and glassware are subject to availability. Please let our team know as soon as possible, and we’ll try our best to accommodate your sizing or product changes. Customers may be given return labels for items that have been approved for a return and/or exchange. Wooden Axe Brewing Co cannot guarantee change of mind refunds.
